The beginning to the Morning Wood Camo story started back in October of 2001 at the Cabela's store in East Grand Forks, MN.  I was shopping for a new blaze orange camo jacket for the upcoming deer hunting season in Wisconsin. 

After looking at many patterns and styles, one particular jacket caught my eye.  For some reason, one of the generic "blobs" that made up the camo pattern against the blaze orange, stood out from the others.  At a quick glance, the shape looked like a stripper doing a pole dance.  That's when it hit me, "it's blaze orange camo...why couldn't it be stripper silhouettes?!?!"

I bought the jacket and headed home very excited about my new concept.  I quickly made some sexy female silhouettes and printed them off on a sheet of paper to show a few people, including my fater.  After showing a handful of people the idea, with most of the reactions being, "WOW", I knew I had something.
